A customer who has ordered from our website or the app can exchange or return the products within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days past the date of delivery customer cannot return or exchange any items.

Customers can even return the items even after opening and using subjected to few terms and conditions:

  • Rice bags and other products or goods that are packed by us (like rice, pulses, cereals etc.) are eligible for return or exchange even after opening and using.
  •  
  • FMCG goods and all the other pre packed products (like Oils, Noodles, Household items etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange even after opening and using.

How can a customer return/ Exchange items?

  • Customer can return the items by contacting us through what’s app.
  • They can send their order number and the items which they want to return or exchange.

 

After rising the request, items will be picked up by us in 1-2 days.

Once we get the items, a quality check will be done & if there is no damage to the items

REFUND will be initiated by us on the same day through Paytm and it will get reflected to your source account in 3-5 working days.

NOTE: If there’s any damage or any other kind of issue with the items, they are not eligible for return or exchanges.
